1. Pricing and availability

Unit prices, promotions, and availability shown on this site are estimates provided for convenience, may change at any time without notice, and are not guaranteed until confirmed in a signed rental agreement. Despite our efforts, listings may occasionally contain errors; the Facility reserves the right to correct errors and to refuse or cancel requests placed at an erroneous price.

2. Reservations

An online reservation is a courtesy hold on a unit type — it is not a lease and does not guarantee a specific unit. A reservation expires if not completed by its stated expiration, and either party may cancel a reservation before move-in.

3. Online rentals

Completing an online rental creates a storage rental agreement between you and the Facility, subject to the Rental Terms presented during checkout and the signed lease documents delivered to you. In case of conflict, the signed lease controls.

4. Payments

Online payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting a payment method you authorize the Facility to charge it for the amounts shown at checkout, including applicable fees and taxes.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse this site — including submitting false information, interfering with its operation, attempting unauthorized access, or scraping content at scale.

6. Content and intellectual property

Site content is provided for general information about the Facility and its services, without warranty of accuracy or completeness, and is owned by the Facility, Storra, or their licensors. You may not reproduce it except for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party sites or embed third-party services (such as maps or payment forms). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

THIS SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS."
